     To be responsive to the needs of the Community and to provide a variety of programs and services which recognise changing individual needs and interests of Senior Citizens and their Carers.

 
 
 

    Our organization is committed to playing a key role in maintaining community engagement and social inclusion of older people.  We will listen, identify and respond to the needs of people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds by providing a range of programs, activities and services that enhance the social and emotional well being of older people in the community. We will be responsive to community needs and strengthen our links with stakeholders and other organizations in order to promote positive ageing.

 
 
 

     Any personal information collected by Balwyn Welfare Association is for the sole purpose of Balwyn Welfare Association. This information may be disclosed to staff and/or volunteers where necessary to enable us to provide our clients with the appropriate
services offered by Balwyn Welfare Association. Some of this information may also be used for statistical reporting to the
Department of Human Services. The client understands that he/she may apply for access to and/or amendment of the information
